    The Junior section was founded in 2007 and started off with one under 11 team playing in the East Lindsey league. After attracting several more players, in 2008 we had one under 11 and one under 13 team, both playing in the East Lindsey. For the 2009 season we will be having 2 under 11 teams and one under 13 team.

    Normandby Park Under 11 tournament 2009 :

    Sunday 12th July

    We are yet again taking squad of 8 U11s to the annual Normandby Park tournament, on Sunday 12th July, as reigning champions of last years success. We came first in the tournament, winning all our fixtures and we hope we can do the same this year.

    The keelby Junior teams have had a successful season this year despite only being together for 1 year. The under 11 team have won several trophies and awards in various different competitions.

    Training information

    During the season The keelby juniors train at the new ground every Monday (weather permitting!) 6:00 pm to 7:30pm. No membership fee is required but we do charge a £1 fee per training session to go towards equipment, tournaments and end of season presentation.

    The training includes: bowling, batting, fitness and fielding drills. This training is open to any junior player who would like to improve some cricketing skills.

    We now also have had a number of girls who have joined the club training sessions and are currently receiving coaching from Arran Brindle [ex England] and will be receiving further coaching from some of the current England ladies team. So good luck to all the girls attending these coaching sessions.
    Here are the girls who attended coachingfrom Holly Colvin and Isa Guha (Both England cricketers) at the recent Louth Vs England Match.

    Our First session will start on the 27th April and our last session will be on the 6th July.

    Keelby shirts (£10) and caps (£5) are now available for cricketers who ordered them during our indoor net sessions, and those who would like to order.
